Selected products I personally shaped from problem definition through launch—where customer workflows, technical constraints, and commercial outcomes had to work together.

Jungle Scout Public API

Developer Platform

I took the Jungle Scout public API from zero to one: the problem definition, the developer-facing product model, the resource and data contracts it exposed, and the access and packaging decisions that determined who could build against it.

A productized, documented public API that turned internal marketplace intelligence into a developer surface — key-based authentication, published resource documentation, and rate-limited endpoints that customers and partner platforms integrate against directly rather than through the application UI.

The API is a live, publicly documented Jungle Scout product surface, with its authentication model, resources, and rate limits stated in the open.

Jungle Scout Data Cloud

Data Platform

I took the Jungle Scout data lake from zero to one and designed its zone architecture — raw/bronze, standardized/silver, and modeled/gold — along with the boundaries between them: what is preserved as landed, what is conformed, and what is fit to put in front of a customer. I then carried it through the first customer launch and integration.

A layered data platform where raw marketplace ingest, standardized intermediate datasets, and modeled customer-ready tables are separate, addressable zones. The first external customer launched and integrated against the modeled zone rather than against pipeline internals.

The modeled zone is what Jungle Scout's Data Cloud offering exposes to customers, and it powers the public Snowflake Marketplace listings.

Jungle Scout Retail Media

Retail Media · M&A

I helped lead the acquisition of Downstream Impact into Jungle Scout, then owned the product and data integration that folded it into the Cobalt suite: dual-write ingestion bridges, automated tenant mapping, unified RBAC credential federation, and a phased zero-downtime migration.

A retail media product line for agencies and brands spanning Amazon and Walmart DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud clean-room analytics, and Sponsored TV inventory, with optimization offered two ways: algorithmic automation that manages bidding and spend on the customer's behalf, and rules-based automation where the customer authors the logic themselves. 15,000+ enterprise advertising accounts moved onto the consolidated platform in six months with no accounts lost.

Cobalt carries this publicly as its ad-spend optimization surface — improving RoAS and bidding effectively — with the DSP, clean-room, and automation capabilities underneath it.

Point Inside iOS & Android SDKs

Spatial & Mobile

I product-managed the integration of then-Acuity (now LocusLabs/Atrius) IoT and BLE implementations into the Point Inside iOS and Android SDKs: defining the capability, the integration surface partners built against, and what counted as shipped. Alongside that, I worked directly on the underlying MOAI engine, adding Lua support for 3D rendering.

Micro-geofencing and indoor blue-dot positioning in both native SDKs, resolving a shopper's position within a store rather than merely within a building, exposed to retail partners as an SDK capability. On the engine side, the MOAI Lua work made 3D rendering scriptable from Lua.

The positioning platform now lives under Atrius following the LocusLabs acquisition, and MOAI is a public open-source engine whose source and Lua binding surface are inspectable.

Archived/internal study evidence

Archived study outcome

From an internal A/B comparison of app experiences with and without Point Inside indoor-location technology.

  • 5× interactions per user with indoor location, compared with the app experience without it.
  • 8× routed-shopping-list use per user with indoor location, compared with the app experience without it.
  • Coupon clipping averaged 16× among non-app users with indoor location, versus 4× without it.

CyanogenMod & LineageOS Device Platform

Open Source · AOSP

I contributed directly to device bringup and device maintainership: porting Android onto boards it was never shipped for, working through the kernel and vendor-blob constraints each device presented, and keeping that support alive across release cycles rather than landing it once. As the platform scaled I coordinated global maintainers across 100+ hardware architectures and owned open-source licensing compliance across the multi-vendor codebase.

An Android distribution that ran on hardware its manufacturers had stopped supporting, sustained through scheduled releases, monthly security patches, and CVE fixes. CyanogenMod grew to 10M+ installs; the LineageOS successor sustained 3.0M+ active installs across 109 supported device models.

Device trees, kernel sources, and the per-device maintainer record are public in the project's git history, and the CyanogenMod-to-LineageOS lineage is independently documented.

Spctre

Open Core · Agent Governance

I architected and shipped an open-core policy-operations control plane for governed AI-agent systems: the product model, the developer experience, the runtime architecture, and the published package surfaces.

A working control plane in which policy is defined, versioned, and evaluated at runtime rather than encoded ad hoc in agent code, with developer-facing interfaces teams write against and versioned packages published from an open-core repository.

The repository, the runtime architecture, and the published package surfaces are public and inspectable end to end.
